About Juanita
Hello! My name Juanita Barkley-Head, Professional Resume Writer and Holistic Job Coach. Over the past 7 years, I’ve worked with job seekers to include veterans and transitioning service members in providing them with quality employment assistance. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Keiser University and a Master’s of Science in Forensic Psychology from Walden University.
I served as a Career Counselor for the Soldier for Life – Transition Assistance Program for 2 years where I helped service members of all branches transition out of the military providing them with resume writing, job search and education assistance. Additionally, I’ve taught resume writing classes for thousands of job seekers.
Most recently, over the past 3 years, I’ve worked directly with recruiters and hiring managers from Fortune 500 Companies, Federal Contractors, and Non-Profit Organizations, sending them qualified candidates to help them achieve their staffing goals. I understand both sides of the hiring process and know exactly what hiring managers are looking for.
My success rate speaks for itself. 87% of my clients have received job offers, promotions, or raises after working with me. And ALL of my clients are noticed! I know how stressful job searching can be. As an entry level professional not sure what to expect, a recent college graduate , a military spouse who PCS’s every 2-4 years, or a mid-level professional seeking a more challenging role…I’ve been in every shoe and have experienced it all!
I realized that my passion is helping people obtain the job of their dreams or AT LEAST a job that they can tolerate until they secure their desired role.
